No. All BitLink plans are monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime, switch plans as your usage changes, or pause your line for $10/month from your account to keep your Israeli number between stays in Israel. Pausing takes effect immediately, the $10 rate starts at your next billing date, and a paused line is held for up to 18 months.
Yes — plans are priced and charged in USD, unlike Israeli carriers that bill in shekels. That means no currency-conversion surprises on your statement, and a parent or family member abroad can pay for a student's line with their own card. VAT is already included in every price shown.
